“Inventory is not the most exciting thing in the world.” That was the first thing the client told us. Our brief was to prove that wrong by building a brand that matched the owner’s fun, vibrant personality and stood out in a notoriously dry industry.
We ditched the corporate stiffness and built an energetic, far-from-boring visual identity. We then rolled it out across a smart social media strategy designed to actually engage people. By offering balanced, informative advice for both landlords and renters, alongside clear service breakdowns, we created a brand people wanted to follow.
The fresh approach paid off. The new look and engaging content led directly to new estate agent partnerships, rapid team growth and a rock-solid online presence.

Made to be seen
The identity comes in two confident colourways, pink and purple, giving the social feed range without losing consistency. We paired it with photography and video so the posts feel human, and carried the look right through to the email signature, so even everyday messages feel like part of the brand.
